In this second half, we're speaking with a former college athlete turned busy lawyer and family man who's looking for training guidance as he gears up for his first triathlon and gets back into shape. Full transcript: Jennifer: Now we're going to talk about guidance, and to help us demonstrate this, my next guest is Ernie. Ernie: Hi Jen Jennifer: Hi Ernie. How are you? Ernie: Good. Jennifer: Tell us a little about yourself. Ernie: I'm 44 years old. I run a small firm in Manhattan. I live in the suburbs with my wife and three kids. Jennifer: And your training? Ernie: In high school and in college, I played a lot of sports. I played football, basketball, track and field, some snowboarding. As I got older and as I got a full time job and had the kids, the time I could spend exercising and paying attending to the physical side of my life really fell by the wayside. Jennifer: So what are you doing now? Ernie: Well, I decided to try and make a real change this year and set a goal of running a triathlon. Jennifer: Wow.
